gastric band .

have not been around for a few days, 22cd june i had a gastric band fitted.
I was so scared,but i was determined to go  through with it.. I really thought i was going to be in a lot of pain, but i have only felt discomfort and now 4 days later i am doing fine, though it is hard only having liquids and having to take about half a hour to drink a small glass, but hopefully i will get use to it
I do not want to go on about it too much as that is not why i am writing this blog, but i will give a
monthly update, but if you have any questions i will be happy to answer them.

 Now i am going to sit in the garden and take advantage of the brilliant sunshine, as at the moment we are only having a summer day about once a week.

Have had computer problems, but all good now. My son came and fixed it for me.

  Have not been in the garden today as it was raining off  and on so have stayed in, and did some housework not as enjoyable but as you can see the house looks very nice.
