Yesterday i had to go and have my first check up for my gastric band, the doctor was really pleased with my progress i had lost 28 pounds, so in the next few weeks i will have an appointment to have my first fill which i am not looking forward to. When i got home there was a phone call from my husbands doctor, who told him to come off one the tablets he is taking because of the side effects, so hopefully in the next few weeks he will start to feel better.
Today i went to the hairdressers and had my hair cut into a different style, which i really like.

It is only a short walk from where i live, but going home i decided to go the long way as i love to look at the country side.

This path is known locally as the black path and it goes nearly all round the village, it is a lovely walk. I am now going to have a nice mug of hot chocolate and go to bed, it seems to have been a very long day.
